Why I Want to Hold the Outing

People strive to find the opportunity to improve their abilities, so some people established Toastmasters International, let people can grow in this environment.

What abilities can we improve here? There are public speaking communication and leadership, members talk about that all the time, but did we really improve these skills here? And did we use these skills in our daily life? If we don’t use it why do we learn it? It is a little pity, in my experience the answer should be “No, we didn’t”. We know we need to improve these skills and want to improve these skills, but why we didn’t? What mistake did we make? I think the answer is that we only focus on speech, so normally we only improve our public speaking, and because we used to work alone, therefore we didn’t have chance to do team work, so we could not improve our communication and leadership.

How to solve this problem, as president of ALEMAX it is my duty I need to think about this question, I decide let members to hold activity then you will have chance to deal with store owner you have to communicate with people you need to persuade people to join, you need to design project you have to inspire helper you should lead your team to accomplish whole plan. So all of members can improve their communication and leadership, not only officer have the opportunity.
For the first outing “龍泉青島酒廠之旅”, this is a first step it is a model, so it must be excellent, congratulations, Roger you did it well, you are a good example following outing masters you must continue his steps, I believe we all can do it well.
