Origin of disease –Free radical ( c5 speech )
Ladies and gentleman good evening .since our technology has developed quickly, so our lifespan has increased . Would you like to live a long life? I like the idea very much, however if you live longer but your body is not healthy, then it might not worth it . if you can’t eat delicious food or can’t go any where or if you want to work but nobody wants you , in your life only have two things sleeping and eating , so what would you live for ? Perhaps at that time you are waiting for death. Is this life a happy one? I don’t think so. “Life is measured by thought and action, not by time.”
How to live longer and healthy? You must know how to take care your body and prevent disease , so many risk factors will cause disease , among that Free radicals are most important one, because they are the catalyst for many diseases like aging hardened arteries heart disease cerebral stroke cataract emphysema diabetes Alzheimer and cancer, just to name a few! Free radicals are serious because they will destroy resistances of cell , let your body easy to get infection , retard cell regular production, destroy the mitochondrion of cell that will make you tired , produce some bad thing what will cause cancer ,destroy DNA to cause gene mutation , so free radicals are origin of disease .
There are some ways that will increase free radicals in your body, you should avoid.
1 Poor dietary habit : junk food high fat low fiber
2 Dietary pollution : antiseptic flavor antibiotics
3 Environmental pollution : air pollution water pollution
4 Smoking
5 Expose to sunlight : ultraviolet
if you can’t avoid that, so you also can try to replenish some nutrition , for example vitamin C vitamin E and carotenoids- like Beta carotene and Lycopene , these are natural antioxidants which can help you to decrease free radicals .
If you want to keep your body healthy , you should avoid to expose yourself to dangerous place and balance your diet , get enough nutrition , besides that according to research taking hot spring hiking drinking green tea those also can eliminate free radicals. from these knowledge , we know that hiking taking hot spring and drinking green tea talking with friends those are good choices to do in your free time , you should do it often , and the most important thing is that don’t forget to invite me . may you live longer and healthy .
