great jobs done by our officers--part two

5. lesley
our secretary, invisible but important officer. no matter how hard she's been working, her job and performance is not really able to be seen by most of members. being a secretary, she plays another 'silent hero' most of time. you might notice that we have a signing book for the meeting. all you have to do in each meeting is just to sign your name on the book. however, she needs to complete the record for each meeting. next time, instead of just signing your name on the book, please look into the book and check out the record form, you will understand how difficult and annoying this work is. besides doing this, she's also in charge of all the club administrative paper works. you can join the officers meeting on the second tuesday every month, i bet you will be suprised how difficult her job is. what a great job done by lesley!

6. faye
our saa, visible (you can see her calling for each meeting) and extremely important officer. although she's a little bit ......hum....eh....mini-sized, she's in charge of decorating or arranging our meeting venue. that's definitely a tough job even for a man! however, she seems always enjoying in her job and you can see there're always smiles on her face. for any member who's not blind, you must have seen the nametags on the white board at the meetings lately. that's her idea and she did the job by herself. as far as i can remember, the nametags have been modified at least twice. can you imagine how much time need to be taked when making all the nametags? my fellow members, please don't take any thing for granted. what a great job done by faye!

7. jonathan
our ipp, the only unreplaceable officer of the officers team. you can recall your president via democratic process if you don't like your president. however, you can't recall the former presidents or ipp according to the regulations of toastmaster club. because.....ipp is so honorable and unique! although he's been discharged from his presidency, he's still kept caring about the developemet of our club. although he's so honorable, he still takes every assignment that officer committee gives him, mostly comes from the president. due to his expertise in computer stuffs, i believe this bulletin board will soon be developed into a website. we are so fortunate to have jonathan in the meeting. let's appreciate our honorable ipp in advance. what a great job done by jonathan!

your president, the hammer man in each meeting. you know, a president is very important in a toastmasters club. our president has been working so hard and done a lot of 'difficult' jobs for our club. for examples,..........hum......ehem.......woo.........i will tell you whenever you want to have a cup of coffee and have two hours.......your president can always buy you a cup of coffee!
