I'd like to write something here though I didn't finish my script yet.... God....
I had an idea after officers training and discussed with Amanda today.
I think we should pay more attention to members' learning process insdead of judging their speech.
For example, speakers may have problems on choosing topic or writing script; speakers may need a simulated speach before meeting, etc.
Therefore, maybe we can have a small meeting for sharing our experiences or listening to their public rehearsal on 4th Tuesday.
I believe that if a member can feel our enthusiastic help and make progress for this reason, he/she will love AMTC more.

Dear Faye , sure , I guess this is a very good idea , after the training , I also came up with lots of ideas too, maybe some of them are nice , some of them are not, but I guess we all want our club to be better and better...I guess we cannot treat our club just like a club, we have to put lots of effort to make each member feeling like we are all in a big family, everyone is like brothers and sisters , let everybody feel like this is their SECOND HOME...this is not easy ,but if we want to do it then we will...go go go ! ALE MAX Toastmasters Club , just like what John said, this is the best club in Kaohsiung , even in Taiwan...(sorry, I am just saying something ... just haven't come ture ! but I think if we all get together, someday it will happen...)
